If you cancel 24 hours or within 24 hours to appointment, it is considered a full charge. Non refundable. Please
understand that your booking impacts other customers who could have booked, as such it is treated as a booking.
48 Hours to appointment
If cancelled within 48 hours or sooner, you would be eligible for cleaning credit and this would be added to
your account. You can use this whenever you please.
Before 48 Hours
If you decide to cancel before the 48hours window, you are eligible for an immediate full refund.
